Returns & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for most items as long as they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date.
Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your order to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and exchanges can only be made for items of the same value.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different scent or product, we suggest returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the new item at your cost.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item or one with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team for a full refund or exchange.
Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer are not considered faulty and cannot be returned.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product's packaging for damage and update you via email.
If there is no damage to the packaging, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method.
Please ensure the return package is properly packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process returns without a tracking number. You will need to purchase and attach a shipping label for the return.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds are not available for the following cases:
- Opened or damaged items
- Promotional items, such as "1+1" offers or gift sets
- If a return request is made after 30 days of the order date
- Returns due to customs or shipment issues that take more than 90 days
