Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address within the United States, though some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping options.
Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the provider chosen.
Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. You can find the weight of each item on its detail page, and all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, in line with the policies of the shipping companies we use.
Order Processing
We process orders daily, including weekends, except for major U.S. holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, but during peak periods, processing times may be extended.
If an item is out of stock during processing, additional time (usually 2 to 3 business days) may be required to prepare the order.
If processing takes longer than 5 business days, we will notify customers by email. In case of a shipping delay, we will inform customers within 3 business days.
Tracking Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Use the tracking number provided to view the most up-to-date delivery information online.
